Our hunt is for good beers and Tin Tackers. I dont usually post if a place is out of tackers but we enjoyed this stop so much we needed to give them their due. The service was great and the ladies tending bar were great. The beers were amazing too. We didnt try their food truck but it looked good too. The ladies provided us with a list of breweries to try for tackers which was very cool of them. If youre in the Twin Cities stop in and give the folks a chance to show you Minnesota Nice! ”

Payton was so great to work with leading up to the event, making it easy to bring in our own catering food truck and working with us on hosting drinks. The staff dayof were lovely and welcoming. We had the patio reserved, but when we had a bit of rain, they made our guests feel right at home in the taproom well past our reserved time. Plenty of parking and space. Friends and family had a great time! ”
“ Summit is where craft brewing started for the Twin Cities, so go for the history if nothing else. But they also make great beer less hit and miss than some of the other area brewers, and more personality too. I especially appreciate their including of lower ABV options, bucking the trend of always boozier beer. The taproom the Ratskeller is no frills but comfy, with long communal tables. Frequent food trucks. Fun brewery tours. Highly recommended. ”
